Update: Monitoring Aid Programmes 4th July 2014

To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade the degree to which bilateral and multi-lateral aid programmes continue to be monitored to ensure that donated aid goes directly to those for whom it was intended; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
