Taoiseach to meet with Prime Minister Renzi during visit to Italy

The Taoiseach, Enda Kenny TD, will visit Italy on 9th and 10th July. The Taoiseach will have a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Matteo Renzi in Rome on July 10th where they will discuss relations between Ireland and Italy, and reinforcing our cooperation in a range of areas. They will also discuss developments in the EU including Greece, migration, and Libya and they will have an exchange of views on policies for growth and jobs.
The Taoiseach will also visit Milan Expo 2016, where Ireland has its own self-built pavilion. The Taoiseach will attend a business breakfast at the Irish Embassy in Rome, with a view to supporting Irish businesses in Italy. The Taoiseach will also visit the headquarters of Italy’s largest medical device distributor, AB Medica, to witness the signing of a contract with an Irish partner.
