Taoiseach Simon Harris appoints Neale Richmond Director of Elections for Seanad general election 2025

Taoiseach and Fine Gael leader Simon Harris has appointed Minister Neale Richmond Fine Gael Director of Elections for the upcoming Seanad general election.
An Taoiseach said: “Minister Richmond will be Director of Elections for our Seanad campaign. This is a time of renewal and rejuvenation of Fine Gael, and the Seanad elections are an important next step.”
Minister Neale Richmond said: “I’m delighted to have been asked to take on this responsibility by the Taoiseach.
“Having contested two Seanad elections myself, I know how gruelling the campaign can be for candidates but equally how important the contests are for both the candidates and our party.
“We are running a slate of excellent candidates across the five vocational panels, and I will be working with all the candidates to maximise the Fine Gael vote.”
