The Expert Panel established in March to investigate how to resolve the industrial relations issues relating to the Irish Airlines Superannuation Scheme (IASS) have this morning presented their final report to Ibec, ICTU, the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport and the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation. The Report, along with a Statement from the Expert Panel, is available at

Ibec, ICTU and the two Departments wish to thank the Expert Panel for their extensive work on this very difficult and complex set of problems, and now ask all parties involved in the IASS to study the report carefully and to engage constructively in the next steps needed for a successful resolution of these issues.
