To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he will outline the aim of the proposed bill to allow for a banking enquiry; the resources that will be made available to the committee selected to carry out the proceedings; the timeframe that has been given for the completion of the enquiry; the projected cost of this enquiry to the Exchequer; the way the Oireachtas will be protected from making adverse findings against individuals; if the enquiry will affect in any way, judicial proceedings; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Dundrum to have Access to Eircom High Speed Broadband from Monday May 20th
Olivia Mitchell TD Dublin South welcomed the arrival of Eircom's early roll out of high speed broadband to the Dundrum area.
FG TDs welcome allocation for Meath roads under the Community Involvement Scheme
Fine Gael Meath TDs have this morning (Monday) welcomed the allocation of €1,549,868 under the Community Involvement Scheme which will be used to repair lesser trafficked rural roads in the county. This announcement follows on from a meeting the TDs had last week with the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, Leo Varadkar TD, where they raised the state of the roads in Meath and pushed for action on the matter.

Frances Fitzgerald TD, Minister for Children & Youth Affairs, has today welcomed the launch of “Every Child a Home: A Review of the Implementation of the Youth Homelessness Strategy and Young People's Homeless”, and “Housing Pathways and Young People's Homeless and Housing Pathways: Key Findings from a 6-year Qualitative Longitudinal Study”.
Wexford schools and roads included in €160 million capital investments – Kehoe
GOVERNMENT Chief Whip Paul Kehoe TD has welcomed an announcement this afternoon from Minister for Education and Skills, Ruairí Quinn and Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, Leo Varadkar TD that three Wexford schools and Wexford's road network are included in a €160 million of Government capital investments.
