To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection given recent statistics on the large number of young people unemployed, her plans to allow young people who are ineligible for jobseeker's allowance by virtue of their parents' income participate in the JobBridge scheme from age 22 years rather than 24 years by which time they may be considered long term unemployed?

To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection her plans to reduce the age limit from 24 years to 22 years in the jobseeker's allowance assessment for those living with a parent or a step-parent in the family home, so that parents' income will no longer be considered in the jobseeker's means test after the age of 22 years?

Govt following through on promise of new children’s hospital – Buttimer

Sport Ireland Bill to streamline sports development and policy – Fitzpatrick

Fine Gael TD for Louth, Member of the Oireachtas Health Committee and former Louth Senior manager, Peter Fitzpatrick, has welcomed the establishment of Sport Ireland, a new body which will combine the Irish Sports Council and the National Sports Campus. Deputy Fitzpatrick was speaking in the Dáil today on the Sports Ireland Bill 2014.
