Fine Gael TD for Dublin South Olivia Mitchell has welcomed the commitment today from Minister Quinn that the two new primary schools, in Ballinteer and Stepaside, will open this September.

To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality when the immigrant investor programme and start-up entrepreneur scheme will be operational; and if he will make a statement on the matter?

1 .To ask the Minister for Finance the total drawdown of new loans by small and medium enterprises in 2011 compared to 2010 from the two pillar banks; and if he will make a statement on the matter? 2. To ask the Minister for Finance the total drawdown of new loans by small and medium enterprises from all credit institutions here in 2011 compared to 2010; if there are any plans to set targets for drawdown as opposed to approval of loans; and if he will make a statement on the matter

To ask the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will give consideration to introducing a waiver for the household charge and non principal private residence levy, repayable upon house sale, to persons who have been appointed as executors and assumed responsibility for disposing of a deceased person's house, considering that such executors assume liability, among other charges, for the household charge and the NPPR levy and are finding difficulty in selling the house in the current property market; and if he will make a statement on the matter?

To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government to clarify the issues surrounding the withdrawal of funding for the community development posts in: St Michael's Estate, Dublin 8, Dolphin House, Dublin 8 and Fatima Mansions, Dublin 8 and if she will make a statement on the matter?
