€50,000 for Yeats 2015 International Festival – Perry

Fine Gael TD for Sligo/North Leitrim, John Perry, has welcomed the announcement of €50,000 in funding for the Yeats 2015 International Festival which takes place throughout this year to celebrate the life and works of WB Yeats, 150 years after poet’s birth.

Fine Gael TD for Meath East, Regina Doherty, has today (Wednesday) urged the Minister for Health, Leo Varadkar TD, to consider implementing a standardised national scheme to ensure equal access for children with special needs to the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Scheme, which provides a free year of early childhood care and education for children of pre-school age.
