To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the reason primary teachers who qualified in 2012 and entered the pay scale in that year are on a signicantly higher salary than primary teachers who qualified in 2012 but had been undertaking substitution work in 2011 and therefore entered the pay scale in 2011?

To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection given recent statistics on the large number of young people unemployed, her plans to allow young people who are ineligible for jobseeker's allowance by virtue of their parents' income participate in the JobBridge scheme from age 22 years rather than 24 years by which time they may be considered long term unemployed?

To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection her plans to reduce the age limit from 24 years to 22 years in the jobseeker's allowance assessment for those living with a parent or a step-parent in the family home, so that parents' income will no longer be considered in the jobseeker's means test after the age of 22 years?

Govt following through on promise of new children’s hospital – Buttimer

Fine Gael TD for Cork South Central and Chairperson of the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Health and Children, Jerry Buttimer, has welcomed the announcement by Minister for Health, Leo Varadkar TD, that international design practice, BDP, have been appointed as architects for the new children’s hospital on the St. James’s Hospital site in Dublin 8.
