To ask the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if the 80% of the property tax take ring fenced for local authorities refers to each local authority where tax was collected, or if the total collected will be ring fenced for all local authorities; and if he will make a statement on the matter?

Fine Gael Waterford Deputy, Paudie Coffey, has welcomed news that Waterford company, Eishtec, is to expand further and will now employ 950 people in the South East region at their two sites in Waterford and Wexford. Deputy Coffey his expressed his delight at having been able to assist Eishtec during its establishment over 2 years ago, when the company initially announced it would be hiring 20 people.
