eircom must step up to the mark on broadband for Meath- Doherty

Fine Gael Meath East TD, Regina Doherty has today (Tuesday) said that eircom must step up to the mark and provide a real broadband service for County Meath. Deputy Doherty was speaking after talking to the McBride family whose petrol station and shop in Slane has been experiencing severe broadband problems since June.

Speaking in advance of the announcement, Deirdre Clune praised the Cork company and its achievements to date.

Unemployment down almost 10% in a year – Collins
