Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD, today [Thursday] announced that Quantcast is to establish its EMEA Operations Centre in Dublin with the creation of 100 new high quality jobs over the next two years. The investment is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through IDA Ireland.

I am delighted to be here with you all this morning. And I thank Dana Strong of UPC Ireland for hosting this timely event. And at the outset let me congratulate UPC.

It is my view that the annual Finance Bill is a piece of legislation that reflects the focus of the Government of the day. At the forefront to this government's agenda is job creation. It is the only means by which we can lead this country to recovery, and it is at the core of every decision made in this chamber.
