eHealth Week: Driving a Healthier Europe

The use of technology to revolutionise healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes will be the focus of international eHealth Week, taking place in Dublin’s Convention Centre from 13th – 15th May 2013.

5.5% Drop in Crime Levels Last Year

Figures issued today by the Central Statistics Office have shown a 5.5% reduction in crime rates last year. These figures also show that there has been in a reduction in 10 of the 14 crime groups for which figures are given over the previous year.

Minister Hayes to come to Cork to meet with City Manager – Murphy

Fine Gael Cork North Central Deputy, Dara Murphy, has welcomed the fact that following a meeting today (Wednesday) between Members of the Blackpool Traders Association and the Minister of State for the OPW Brian Hayes TD, the Minister has agreed to come to Cork to meet with City Manager, Tim Lucey.
