English welcomes approval for construction of new school building for Eureka in Kells
Fine Gael Meath West TD, Damien English, has today (Friday) warmly welcomed the announcement by the Minister for Education, Ruairí Quinn TD, that Eureka Secondary School in Kells is to get a new school building as part of the latest phase of the Government’s school building programme.
LEADER jobs announcement shows Govt is committed to supporting local businesses – McEntee
Fine Gael Meath East TD, Helen McEntee, has today (Friday) said the announcement by Meath Partnership that 103 new jobs have been created in Meath as a direct result of LEADER investment shows that the Government is committed to supporting local businesses. The jobs are being created in small and medium sized businesses being supported under the LEADER programme, which is co-funded by the Government and the EU.
