Coming from a farming background, he is a strong defender of rural Ireland and local communities. As an elected representative, Liam Callaghan has delivered funding for many roads, housing, community and sports projects. Liam will continue to fight to improve the infrastructure of the areas he serves, attracting jobs and employment to local communities. The new electoral boundaries of the Boyle Municipal Authority create new challenges for elected representatives, particularly rural communities.
