Ambulance report a pathway for improving quality and level of service – Buttimer

Cork South Central Fine Gael TD and Chairperson of the Oireacthas Committee on Health and Children, Jerry Buttimer, has said that the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) report on ambulance services provides a pathway for improving the quality and level of service delivered to patients. Deputy Buttimer was commenting following the publication by HIQA of its report entitled Review of Pre- hospital Emergency Care Services.

To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality if separate Garda National Immigration Bureau arrangements will be made for employed tax-paying persons, many of whom are here as the result of Industrial Development Agency incentives and who currently are often forced to take several days from work to queue for renewal in view of limited number of renewals dispensed each day; and if she will make a statement on the matter?
