Minister Coffey busy legislative agenda in run-up to Christmas

Fine Gael Waterford Minister Paudie Coffey has had a very busy legislative period in the run up to Christmas. Minister Coffey has been passing legislation in both the Dáil and the Seanad Chamber over the last number of weeks; including critically important legislation regarding the current national housing situation.

€560,000 for Supported Care Homes in Waterford – Minister Coffey

Fine Gael Waterford Minister Paudie Coffey has welcomed news from his colleague Minister Kathleen Lynch that she has allocated €372,000 for the Holy Ghost supported care home in Waterford City and €185,000 for St Cathage’s Care Home in Lismore, Co Waterford. Minister Coffey has said that this funding will come as a major boost for both homes who provide a critical service to the elderly community in Waterford City and County.

Minister Coffey welcomes €140,000 Ireland Ancient East funding for Waterford

Fine Gael Waterford Minister Paudie Coffey has welcomed the news that Waterford has received €140,000 of funding for an exciting project for the Viking Triangle in Waterford City. This initiative is getting funding for a 3D Viking experience for Waterford, that will enhance further the Viking Triangle and attract more tourists to Our City.
