Fine Gael TD for Cork East and Chairperson of the Oireachtas Justice Committee, David Stanton, has welcomed the approval of his suggested changes to the General Election ballot paper.

Fine Gael TD for Kildare South and Chair of the Fine Gael Internal Agriculture Committee, Martin Heydon, has said that he expects Budget 2016 to confirm the Government’s continued support of farmers.

Fine Gael Ireland South MEP, Deirdre Clune, is this week taking part in a European Parliament debate on the pay gap between men and women, which now stands at over 15% across Europe and almost 13% in Ireland. Speaking from the Parliament, Clune said the gender pay gap is about more than money.
