Service Plan shows how extra funding will benefit patients – Buttimer

Cork South Central Fine Gael TD and Chairperson of the Oireachtas Committee on Health and Children, Jerry Buttimer, has said that HSE Service Plan 2015 shows how increased funding will benefit patients. Deputy Buttimer was commenting following publication of HSE Service Plan 2015 by Minister for Health, Leo Varadkar, TD, and HSE Director General, Tony O’Brien.

Carlow primary schools to benefit from minor works funding – Deering

Fine Gael Carlow/Kilkenny TD, Pat Deering, has welcomed the announcement by the Minister for Education and Skills, Jan O’Sullivan TD, that €28 million will be provided to fund the improvement of physical infrastructure of schools in 2014. The funding will also be used to purchase much needed equipment and furniture in schools in 2014.
