WEXFORD Minister of State and Government Chief Whip, Paul Kehoe TD has welcomed Minister for the Environment, Phil Hogan TD's decision to approve funding for Wexford County Council to accept a tender to the value of €6,346,023 for the Gorey Sewerage Scheme - Extension of Courtown Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Welcoming the appointment of Neil Pakey as the new CEO of Shannon Airport, Fine Gael Limerick City Deputy, Kieran O’Donnell, said the filling of the position is key to the future growth and development of the facility, which is now operating as an independent entity.

To ask the Minister for Finance if he will outline the impact that the European mortgage credit rules contained in the Mortgage Credit Directive will have on the mortgage industry here; the way it will impact on the rights of future mortgage holders; if these rights will be applied to current mortgage holders; if it is expected to increase the availability of mortgage credit through financial institutions; the level of accountability to the European Council that will be imposed on financial institutions; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

To ask the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will clarify the comments made by the Dublin City Council assistant manager in relation to the possibility of Dublin businesses having to pay increased water rates once control is with Irish Water; the processes that are in place to ensure that local authorities can sufficiently develop a programme of delivery of water services under the responsibility of Irish Water; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

To ask the Minister for Health if proposals to include minimum pricing of alcohol will be legislated for; if so, when he expects to publish legislation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality his views on the feasibility of establishing an independent regulator or register for commercial tenancies, landlords and tenants; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if an action plan will commence within his Department based ion the findings of the School Completers - What's Next report highlighting the low college participation rate for school leavers in designated disadvantaged areas; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

To ask the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if she will advise on her Department's strategy for reducing the rate of homelessness; the additional supports in place for someone under the age of 25 years who is at risk of homelessness or are currently homeless; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

To ask the Minister for Health if he will advise on the possibility of introducing an online database of patients records to be made accessible to all medical professionals within the Health Service Executive; the data sharing databases that are in place currently throughout the HSE; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
