Feighan welcomes €12 million funding approval to upgrade Roscommon water schemes
Fine Gael Roscommon/South Leitrim TD, Frank Feighan, has warmly welcomed the capital funding approval of €12 million for the construction of five new water treatment plants and one pumping station on the Arigna, Boyle/Ardcarne, Roscommon Central and South Roscommon Regional water Supply Schemes. The company which successfully tendered for the project was Glan Agua Ltd.

Streamlined SUSI delivers grants on time to thousands of students – McEntee
Fine Gael Meath East TD, Helen McEntee, has today (Monday) said that major progress has been made in making SUSI, the student grant awarding body, more effective. A total of 43,000 grants have been awarded by SUSI on schedule, with 39,000 already paid out for the academic year of 2013/2014.
