Cllr Ejiro O’Hare
Ejiro O’Hare-Stratton is a local election candidate in Drogheda Urban for Fine Gael.
Ejiro is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 33 years of experience in the field. She received her nursing training in Drogheda and holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland. Additionally, she has master’s degrees in Employment Law (UCD) and Health Service Management (TCD). Ejiro is currently working as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda.
She is also the founder of Hands4Unity CLG, a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting integration between the migrant and host community in Drogheda.
She is passionate about serving her community and is committed to making a positive impact for all who call Drogheda home.
Her top priorities for Drogheda Urban include strengthening community inclusion through:
- Safer streets and stronger communities
- Improving our youth and community facilities
- Supporting local business and tourism
- Supporting town renewal and a cleaner environment
Ejiro firmly believes that “Unity Makes Us Stronger.” She envisions a brighter future for Drogheda Urban by working collaboratively with the community. Together, she hopes to build on the strengths that make Drogheda vibrant and address the challenges that need collective attention.
Ejiro’s passion and dedication to community service earned her the recognition for Outstanding Individual in 2019 by Louth Public Participation Network (PPN)
