Cllr William Durkan
My name is William Durkan, and I am delighted to have been recently selected as one of your Fine Gael candidates for the Local Elections in north west Kildare, in the Clane Electoral Area.
I currently work as a Lecturer in Human Geography and GIS. I was raised in Broadford and my family run a farm and agricultural business in the area.
I know that small communities like ours need a strong local representative. In this new role, I hope to be able to work on your behalf to raise individual and community issues alongside elected representatives, to improve our community.
