Cllr Eileen Mannion

Eileen was elected for the first time as a public representative in 2009. A mother to two adult children she is a strong and capable elected member. She is deeply committed to education and is on the Board of the National University of Ireland Galway as well as the Board of Galway Institute of Technology. Eileen is a competent, capable and dynamic elected member and will continue to be a strong voice and significant actor on the ground for all within electoral area.

Eileen was elected as Cathaoirleach of Galway County Council for 2017-18.
