Cllr Jack White
Jack joined Cork County Council in November 2021, when he was co-opted to replace Cllr. Liam O’Connor and represent the Carrigaline LEA.
Jack lives in Carrigaline and has worked at The Carrigdhoun Newspaper for almost eleven years, where he has developed a detailed knowledge of the people, areas, businesses and organisations throughout South Cork. Within Fine Gael, Jack works closely with Minister Simon Coveney TD, his Constituency Office and staff.
Jack was raised in nearby Myrtleville, Crosshaven where he went to school, played sport and volunteered in many different clubs and community groups, including a term serving as Chairman of Crosshaven Rugby Club.
Jack has a keen interest in commerce, agriculture, environmental issues and sport.
