Maura Hopkins

Maura Hopkins is a Senator in the 25th Seanad. She is the Fine Gael Seanad Spokesperson for Regional, Rural, Arts, Heritage and Gaeltacht Affairs.

Maura previously served on Roscommon County Council, she was elected to represent the Boyle Electoral Area at the 2014 Local Elections. She was the Fine Gael candidate in the 2016 General Election for the Roscommon Galway Constituency.

She is a member of the Joint Oireachtas committee on Regional, Rural, Arts, Heritage and Gaeltacht Affairs and is one of the Irish delegates to the Council of Europe.
