31st May 2018 - Josepha Madigan TD
Minister Josepha Madigan, TD for Dublin Rathdown, today welcomed the announcement that a site has been identified for Stepaside Educate Together Secondary School.
Minister Madigan said: “I am very pleased that the Department of Education has identified a suitable potential site for the Stepaside Educate Together Secondary School. I hope that this process can now progress rapidly and that the school’s students can access top quality education at their own permanent location as soon as possible.
“Stepaside Educate Together Secondary school has been providing high quality education and choice of patronage for local families since 2016. The identification of a permanent home that the school can call its own will be greatly welcomed by students and staff.
“I look forward to the school continuing its good work in the years ahead”
“As the population of Dublin Rathdown expands, I will work with my Cabinet colleague Minister for Education and Skills Richard Bruton TD to ensure that this Government continues to deliver for local students and their families.”
