Conway welcomes jobs boost for Ennis
20th November 2013 - Sarah Meade
Fine Gael Clare Senator, Martin Conway, has today (Wednesday) welcomed the news that Dublin Coach, a private bus company, has been granted a licence from the National Transport Authority to extend its service from Dublin Airport to include Ennis.
“I am delighted that Dublin Coach has decided to expand its operation to Ennis with the creation of 20 new jobs.
“This expansion provides a real opportunity to attract tourists from Dublin to Ennis. Using Ennis as a tourism hub will make a significant difference to the wider region, and will undoubtedly lead to additional jobs being created in tourism and related sectors.
“Boosting job creation is the Government’s number one priority, and I look forward to similar positive announcements in the near future.”
