Certified craft butchers leading the way for food retailers – McEntee

Fine Gael Meath TD, Helen McEntee, has hailed the Certification Programme introduced by the Association of Craft Butcher in Ireland (ACBIO) in driving standards for traceability and quality in our food retail business.
