Byrne calls for lower oil prices to be passed on to consumers, especially pensioners

Fine Gael TD for, Dublin South Central, Catherine Byrne, has called for lower oil prices to be passed onto consumers, especially hard pressed pensioners who are vulnerable to fuel poverty.
